NOT READY FOR CROSSFIT?
TRY THIS OUT!
Many people want to experience the fun of CrossFit, but may have reservation about using the barbells. This is understandable since the idea of lifting weight can be unsettling.

NO TECHNIQUE & LIFTING MOVES
The “Lite” classes will exclude our more challenging CrossFit movements, so you won’t be doing handstand push ups, muscle ups, rope climbs, Olympic lift or the like. The training will be more likely on basic cardio and bodyweight movements like push ups, air squats, sit ups, running, jump rope, and some minimum light weighted movements only with kettlebells or dumbbells.

JOURNEY TO THE FITTER YOU
We want you to know that the “Lite” training is just a starting point. The goal is eventually, when you’re ready, to progress you into doing actual CrossFit training which includes lifting and technique learning. We want you to have a balanced fitness from all aspects to be the REAL FIT!
