Kids Bootcamp post image thumbnail

Kids and teens are sitting around a lot more than they used to. They spend hours every day in front of a screen (TVs, smartphones, tablets, and other devices) looking at a variety of media (TV shows, videos, movies, games). Too much screen time and not enough physical activity add to the problem of childhood obesity. It’s time to get your kids to involve in some physical exercises with our Kids Bootcamp!

BUILDING FRIENDSHIPS AND SOCIAL SKILLS

Meeting new friends in Bootcamp helps children build social skills, explore their independence and improve their self-esteem. In other words, kids’ confidence levels and their ability to be in social situations increase.

BECOMING AND STAYING ACTIVE

Kids are not just doing physical exercises only in the Bootcamp, they will be having some fun time with fitness games with friends. Studies found that kids’ attitude toward physical activity can be improved with the great and fun experience in doing physical activities.
